Educational Teaching Assistant 1:1 SEN Support job summary
We are advertising for a fixed term Educational Teaching Assistant, to join us as soon as possible. This job is for 17.75 hours, supporting a child in Key Stage 1. This appointment is until 31/8/2027 in the first instance. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 11.30am - 3.15pm.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated person with a commitment to helping children reach their full potential. The successful candidate must have a firm but fair approach to working with children and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of working with children with SEND is desirable as is working in a school environment. It is important that they have the ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with the children, staff and parents.
