Carlinghow Academy’s Additionally Resourced Provision supports children with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and their families. Our specialist setting works with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils from Kirklees schools, helping them thrive in a nurturing and structured environment.

About the Role
This is a challenging yet highly rewarding position where you will:
- Work collaboratively with teachers and a specialist team to create a positive climate for learning.
- Assess individual needs and deliver tailored learning activities that build skills, confidence, and independence.
- Support children’s emotional well-being and encourage positive behaviour.
- Engage with families and professionals to build trust and ensure the best outcomes for every child.
