£31,885 - £33,486 per annum

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Communication skills to influence, advocate, motivate and engage with a wide range of children, young people and their families including presenting to a wide range of audiences.
  • Listening skills to support children, young people and their families through understanding their point of view in a non-judgmental approach
  • Experience of using computer packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, e-mails and researching information
  • Experience of undertaking a wide range of office-based administration and clerical tasks
  • A high standard of professionalism, both personal and written skills.
  • To be able to adopt the school and team ethos.
  • Initiative to plan and prioritise own workload without close supervision and to respond to unexpected problems using recognised procedures and policies as a guide.
