Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday (8:00am - 4:00pm) and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm) (Term-time )

About You:
The Milton Keynes Academy are seeking an empathetic, proactive, and highly motivated Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA) Co-Coordinator to join our passionate inclusion team. This pivotal role will support students who experience barriers to attending school due to emotional or mental health challenges.
You will work collaboratively across our SEND, Safeguarding, and Attendance teams to design and deliver individualised support packages that help students transition back into full-time education.

About the Attendance Department/Team:
The EBCAS team plays a vital role in promoting and maintaining high levels of pupil attendance across the Academy. The team is currently led by the Vice Principal. You will be expected to work collaboratively to implement the school’s attendance strategy, support vulnerable learners, and foster a positive culture of attendance throughout the Academy.
As part of this dynamic team, the EBCAS Co-Ordinator will have the opportunity to contribute directly to attendance initiatives, engage with families, and help ensure every student is supported to attend school regularly and on time.
