What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will support pupils
with physical, emotional and/or educational needs in accordance with school
policy. There may also be a requirement
to work with pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans or additional
educational needs throughout the Key Stages.
Experience of working with primary or secondary aged children with the ability to raise aspirations to ensure the best possible outcomes will be beneficial, as will the ability to motivate children, have a passion to make a positive outcome for the children and have high expectations of children’s emotional, social and mental health development. Excellent interpersonal skills together with good knowledge of ICT would be essential.

Our temporary home in Twydall has been developed as a fantastic learning environment for our young people. With lots of outdoor space, specialist rooms such as Science laboratories and a variety of tailored classrooms, our Twydall site provides a great space for our current students to learn and grow together
We have worked exceptionally hard on new permanent home in Frindsbury, Strood,. ensuring we have designed a school that supports our mission to offer a unique opportunity for students to learn in a modern setting with traditional values.
