We are looking for an ambitious and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Emotional Well Being Support Officer. This is new, crucial role within our school, working alongside other members of our emotional well-being team to provide the right support for our children. The role will be varied and demanding and we are looking for somebody with a positive approach, patience and resilience. You will work closely with the EWB Officer, Safeguarding Lead and Behaviour Lead to implement policies, engage parents/carers and support in raising the aspirations of the whole school community. Key to this role will be the effective communication and engagement of parents/carers, working alongside them to provide the best support to pupils.

Our children are eager to learn and we want people who are able to support them in a nurturing way. No two days are ever the same at Dorchester and our committed team go above and beyond for the community we serve.
