What We Offer

The 25 hours may be worked over 3 to 5 days per week, with working days and hours agreed flexibly to meet both business and employee needs. The total contracted hours will remain at 25 hours per week and are fixed.

Job Summary

Working in an education setting the primary focus of this role is to provide employee relations support across the whole school, maintain a thorough understanding of the school's employment policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation, with the ability to confidently interpret, apply, and clearly articulate policy requirements during employee relations meetings, consultations, and discussions with staff and managers ensuring positive workplace relationships, employment law compliance, and fair people practices and procedures. The role focuses on employee relations matters rather than People Operations functions.

This role is placed in the Operations Office Team reporting to the People Operations Lead. This role will be required to work closely with the People & Operations Administrator, provide professional administration, safeguarding and support to the Senior Leadership with the administration of the policies, processes and organising of the processes needed to support the school staff on daily basis.
