Engagement Mentor for School Avoidance job summary
ENGAGEMENT MENTOR FOR SCHOOL AVOIDANCE REQUIRED
We are seeking to appoint an Engagement Mentor to work alongside our Family Liaison Officer / Attendance Lead at Passmores Academy. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help shape our work with attendance.
If you want to join our family-friendly, vibrant school, we want to hear from you. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to work with our young people and families in helping to remove barriers to school. The ability to drive is essential.
26 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
39 working weeks per year (44.7 paid weeks per year)
Salary: Scale 3 Point 5 - £15,359.61 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)
Closing date: Monday 17th March 2025
Interviews: Interviews week beginning 17th March
