We provide a safe, secure and welcoming learning environment in which young people can grow as responsible, independent and self-confident learners. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher to join HPRS, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about their chosen subject and wants to share that passion with young people.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate teacher, someone who can build relationships with small groups of pupils and encourage them to realise that they can experience success in not just their studies, but in their life in general. Experience of working in a PRU or alternative provision setting would be advantageous but not essential. We are looking for someone with a passion for their subject, someone who is approachable, reflective, calm and cares about the disadvantaged.
Our aim is to re-engage our pupils in learning and to provide them with a high-quality curriculum where they can develop their skills in a safe and secure environment.
