What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience of working with children and young people with SEND to overcome barriers to learning.
High expectations of pupils and a commitment to raising standards of attainment to ensure that each one can achieve their full educational potential
Experience of assessment practice and the use of data and pupil progress tracking to ensure that all learners achieve.
A track record of outstanding teaching of English
The ability to build positive relationships with learners, ensuring consistency and continuity on a daily basis.
A commitment to working effectively with all members of the Samuel Laycock team.
