Being an outstanding classroom practitioner with a track record of achieving excellent outcomes at GCSE and A Level
Having an incisive knowledge of highly effective pedagogy and practice, based on evidence-based research
Being an excellent communicator who leads by example
Having the ability to coach, support and challenge colleagues to develop their practice and raise standards
Experience of being an existing or aspiring senior leader
