We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate English teacher to join our highly motivated and hard-working team. You should be an excellent classroom practitioner and have students at the heart of your decision making.
You must also have a competent understanding of the English Language and Literature curriculums. We are looking for somebody who is creative and dynamic in the classroom and is able to engage a wide range of students. This role is suitable for ECTs, who will benefit from a comprehensive range of support and guidance.
Our team has been on an exciting journey over the past few years as our results have continued to improve year on year. We are very pleased with our most recent set of results from 2023: 86% of students achieved a 4 or above in English language and/or English Literature.
Our English Progress 8 score of 0.45 again evidences the positive progress that our young people are making. We are driven and determined to continue to improve on these results over the coming years.
