TRUST - RESPECT - EQUITY - EXCELLENCE

The wellbeing and progress of learners is essential to the success of Honywood. We believe that a culture of trust, respect, equity and excellence is essential to creating a learning environment in which everybody feels safe, valued and challenged. High expectations and a mutual respect for our differences is key to enabling learners to thrive and make excellent progress.

To support our ongoing journey, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational English Teacher to add to our already impressive team for a one year fixed period. The postholder will be instrumental in creating an environment that removes barriers to learning for each and every learner and ensures they achieve their full potential. The school is at an exciting point in its improvement journey and is currently on an upward trajectory, with excellent results being achieved this year and a very positive recent OFSTED report. We very much see our English Team as a key player in this journey and are looking for a talented teacher to join the team and help shape the culture of the school and the lives of our wonderful learners.
