What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a talented and positive teacher with a passion for their subject, who has an absolute belief in the limitless potential of young people.

We are looking for someone with excellent teaching, organisation and communication skills who will be able to work as part of the very successful Communications Faculty team. This post is for a 1.0 full time teacher of English to cover a Adoption Leave. We would consider part time applicants who could be flexible enough to work with another part time teacher to ensure continuity for students across the week. Students enjoy all aspects of English at Fairfield and are enthusiastic and engaged both in lessons and in after school activities and trips. You will have the opportunity to work across the 11-16 age and ability range enabling all our young people to achieve their personal best.
