- £27,764.00 - £29,423.00 Annually (Actual) 38 weeks per year (inclusive of non-teaching days designated for professional duties). 36 hours per week (Mon-Thurs = 08:00-12:00 & 12:45-16:00 and Friday = 08:00-12:00 & 12:45-15:45. Note that weekly working hours are not inclusive of breaks - all breaks are unpaid and in addition to the working hours. [GLT 4 - (£33,129 - £35,109) FTE]
Enrichment Officer job summary
The opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Enrichment Officer, or someone who has proven experience of organising complex events, such as trips and visits, preferably in a school setting.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
- To provide administrative support to the development of the trips and enrichment programme.
- To lead on the organisation of the school’s activities week.
- To support the school’s Duke of Edinburgh programme
The successful candidate will:
- be educated to at least GCSE Grade C /5 (or equivalent) in both English & Maths
- have excellent organisation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- have good IT skills
- have the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at the same time
- have comprehensive administrative experience, gained by working in a busy office environment
- be resilient and flexible in a fast-paced school environment
