We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our IT Technical Services team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and learning new skills. Whether you are looking to start your career in IT with the right attitude and aptitude, bring experience from a previous support role, or are seeking a new challenge in a school environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.

The successful candidate will provide IT support to staff and students, helping to maintain the school's technology systems and ensuring users receive excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding how technology works and is motivated to learn new skills. The successful candidate is likely to have developed their interest in IT through a combination of education, work experience, self-study, or personal projects. We value curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving ability as highly as experience with any particular product or platform. What matters most is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others.

We are looking for somebody who:

  • Enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service
  • Is friendly, approachable and professional
  • Is enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Can investigate problems logically and work towards practical solutions
  • Is self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Takes ownership of tasks and sees them through to completion
  • Has an interest in technology and how it can support teaching and learning
  • Pays close attention to detail and can be trusted to carry out tasks accurately and consistently

Why join us?

  • Friendly and supportive colleagues
  • A varied and rewarding role supporting technology across the school
  • The chance to make a genuine difference to the experience of staff and students
  • Exposure to a broad range of technologies and the opportunity to become involved in wider technical projects as your skills and interests develop
