What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Estates Assistant to join our friendly Estates Team. Previous experience working within a school environment is not necessary but a can-do attitude is non-negotiable as this is a fast-paced role in a busy school. Whilst hands on DIY experience is desirable it is not essential as there will be ample training opportunities. You will be well-organised but flexible in your approach to work. You will be equally able to work by yourself and as part of a team.
