We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Estates Manager to lead and develop our Trust-wide estates, facilities, health and safety, compliance and capital investment programmes. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a key strategic leadership role with responsibility for ensuring our schools provide safe, sustainable and inspiring environments in which pupils and staff can thrive.

This position offers the opportunity to shape strategy and lead transformational change while maintaining oversight of operational performance. The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership with practical execution, stepping into operational matters where necessary to provide direction, support and assurance of delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Trust and make a lasting impact across our schools. Working closely with school leaders, central Trust colleagues, external partners and the Department for Education, you will drive the delivery of our estate’s strategy, oversee major capital projects and ensure the highest standards of compliance, safety and operational excellence.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Provide strategic leadership across a diverse educational estate.
  • Deliver high-quality facilities and contract management.
  • Lead on health, safety and statutory compliance.
  • Manage capital investment and improvement projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support our commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
