What skills and experience we're looking for
Devonport High School for Girls is seeking an experienced full-time Estates Manager to lead our premises team to ensure a safe, well-maintained and welcoming site and school buildings.
Applicants will need a building trade qualification (or equivalent), or extensive, demonstrable experience of maintenance work in a professional capacity. They will also be able to interpret technical information and to supervise a team. An understanding of security and of Health and Safety legislation is desirable.

We are a highly successful and oversubscribed 11-18 selective grammar school with approximately 850 students on roll. The post-holder will be committed to the highest operational standards for the premises and grounds, and be proactive in achieving such standards of excellence.
