ESTATES MANAGER job summary
The Governors of Roundhay School
are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Estates Manager to lead
on the management and development of the school’s estate and to ensure that both
campuses are compliant with Health and Safety legislation. This will include
the day-to-day management of relevant staff, the oversight of outside
contractors on-site, overseeing the operation of the PFI contract which is
responsible for part of the school’s functions and ensuring that both campuses
are safe and secure environments.
