Estates Manager job summary
The Howard Academy Trust are seeking an experienced and motivated estates professional to join our growing Trust during an exciting period of development. Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will play a key role in ensuring our schools provide safe, compliant, well-maintained, and inspiring environments where pupils and staff can thrive.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with strong estates, facilities, or property management experience. You will lead and support Site Teams across a hub of schools, oversee maintenance and capital projects, manage contractors and compliance programmes, and work closely with school leaders to continuously improve our estate.
The successful candidate will be an effective people manager, a confident user of digital systems and data, and someone who can balance strategic planning with operational delivery. In return, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing Trust and make a lasting difference to the learning environments of thousands of young people.
This is a full time, permanent role, all year round, paid on the NJC pay scale PO2 point 32-39 (FTE £44,253 - £51,928). The working pattern will consist of 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
