Estates Manager job summary
Venn Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an Estates Manager to work within our central team.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will provide professional oversight of premises and compliance, and to act as the responsible person for health and safety (under the direction of our outsourced H&S advisers) across our 14 schools. The Estates Manager will manage projects, drive consistency, systems and processes, as well as being involved with procuring trust wide buildings related contracts.
As an expert in the field, the Estates Manager will be tasked with keeping up to date on all legislative changes that apply to our sector, as well as seeking and embedding best practice across all our schools to give the relevant assurances. The appointed person will be a strong role model who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in with day-to-day operations, when required.
