Events and Communications Co-Ordinator job summary
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- To provide professional co-ordination and management of all school events and one-off projects as per school calendar.
- To manage school activities and events relating to particular events
- To be responsible for the distribution of home school communications, including collating and producing the weekly School Newsletter, student bulletin and staff bulletin
- To support the marketing of the school including updating the school website and social media
The Successful candidate will:
- Proven experience of planning and organising events, preferably in a school setting.
- Proficient at Microsoft office suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of efficiency, planning and foresight.
- Ability to work collaboratively & productively with a wide range of colleagues
