We are looking to appoint reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to join our team on a casual basis. This role is essential in supporting the smooth running of examinations and ensuring that all scholars are provided with optimal exam conditions. You will work closely with the Exams Officer and wider team to uphold the integrity of the examination process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Exams Officer in preparing for and conducting examination sessions.
  • Supervise scholars during GCSE, A Level, and mock exams in accordance with JCQ regulations.
  • Ensure exam conditions are maintained and that all procedures are followed correctly.
  • Collect exam papers and materials from the Exams Office before each session.
  • Start, conduct, and finish exams following official guidelines.
  • Return completed papers and all stationery promptly to the Exams Office.
  • Follow all instructions and guidance provided by the Exams Office.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A calm, confident, and professional individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow strict procedures and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and a supportive approach to working with young people.
  • Flexibility to work on a casual basis, as and when required during exam periods.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting or exam invigilation is desirable but not essential.
