-GCSE/Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Maths/Numeracy and English/literacy
-Resilience to deal with the challenges faced in developing this area of work.
-Ability to relate well to children and adults
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Ability to follow instructions
-Good organising, planning and prioritising skills
-Methodical with a good attention to detail
-Listening skills
-Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
