We are looking for a reliable, conscientious and professional Exam Invigilator to join our team at The Parker and DSLV Academy. The successful candidate will invigilate examinations in accordance with documented processes, procedures and regulations, ensuring a secure, confidential and consistent experience for all students.
Key responsibilities:
- To invigilate examinations following documented processes, procedures and regulations to ensure examinations are run in a secure, confidential and suitable environment.
- To ensure both students and the Academy comply with regulations. To ensure all students have a consistent experience of examinations.
- To report all suspected/actual breaches of Regulations and Malpractice to the Line Manager.
- To undertake the collection and checking of examination scripts and materials,ensuring all submitted scripts are accounted for.
Pay range:
- SCP 4 - £13.48 per hour
- Casual Contract
Qualifications and Skills:
- Understanding of examination regulations, confidentiality requirements and the importance of maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures consistently.
- Experience of working with young people or within a school environment.
- Ability to remain calm, alert and professional under pressure while maintaining a positive examination environment.
