Examination Invigilators - All Saints Church of England Academy

All Saints Academy is seeking dedicated Examination Invigilators to ensure the smooth and effective running of our examinations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting students during a crucial stage of their education and who value flexible, casual working hours.

We are looking for people who are motivated, resilient, and committed to helping our pupils achieve their full potential. You will share our high expectations and demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and diligence—qualities that make all our staff important role models for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and collecting exam scripts and materials

  • Admitting students to the exam hall/room

  • Supervising and monitoring students during examinations

  • Ensuring exam procedures are correctly followed

  • Collating exam papers for submission to Exam Boards

  • Supporting students by reading or scribing during exams (where required)

Full training will be provided to successful applicants.

This role is vital to the integrity and success of the examination process, and we welcome applicants who are eager to contribute to our Academy’s mission of helping every pupil thrive.
