Exam Invigilator job summary

Cardinal Newman School is an 11-19 comprehensive school with Specialist Science Status, serving the Roman Catholic community in Luton and Dunstable. We are one of the most successful schools in Luton and have a thriving 6th form with 300 students. We have been consistently described by Ofsted as a ‘good’ school and under Section 48 as an ‘outstanding Catholic school’.

We are currently looking for suitable candidates to support the operational requirements of the Cardinal Newman Catholic School Exams Department. Exam Invigilators are required to supplement an experienced and committed team of public examination invigilators. This team invigilate public examinations at GCSE and GCE (Advanced) Level and are required to be available primarily during May and June but also at other examination periods throughout the year. Working hours are flexible. Morning sessions begin at 08:30 and afternoon sessions may not end until 17:00.
