We are looking to appoint
several Examination Invigilators to support the Examinations Officer to ensure
the fair and proper conduct of examinations in an environment that enables
students to perform at their best. The
ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable and have good literacy and numeracy
skills. A knowledge of working in a
school environment would be beneficial but full training will be given. The successful candidate will present the
best possible example of professional standards to colleagues.
The post holder must be aware of child protection
issues and the need for confidentiality and to identify to the named child
protection colleague in school, concerns in respect of individual children.
Thornhill Academy is an 11 to 16 secondary academy,
with 574 students and occupies a large site in close proximity to Sunderland
