Exam Invigilators job summary

St Clere’s School is looking for Exam Invigilators to join our dedicated team on a casual, zero-hour contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support students through their exam period in a vital and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up exam venues, distributing and collecting exam papers
  • Ensuring full compliance with exam regulations
  • Supervising students and maintaining a calm environment
  • Following instructions from the Exams Officer to ensure smooth exam operation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, professional, and attentive to detail
  • Availability during exam periods (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM, term time only)
  • Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
