Level 8, 37 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks

The Alpha Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and well qualified Examinations and Qualifications Manager. The successful candidate will lead the Examinations Team across the Trust. This will ensure smooth administration and implementation of all internal and external examinations, vocational qualification registrations and results claims within the Trust. Also, acting in accordance and ensuring compliance with the regulations as defined by the Department of Education, the Joint Council for General Qualifications, awarding organisations and examination regulators. 

 

We are looking for an excellent administrator with the ability to work calmly under pressure. Exceptional organisational ability and high levels of accuracy are essential along with excellent IT skills including data entry and spreadsheets. You need to be an excellent communicator, able to liaise between examination boards, students, staff and parents. Previous management experience of an Examination Team is required.
