Examinations Invigilator job summary

Invigilators are the people in examination rooms responsible for conducting examinations in the presence of the candidates. Invigilators have a key role in upholding the integrity of the external examination/assessment process.

You will be expected to work as part of a team and contribute to the positive, safe and secure environment of examinations.

The post is appointed on a casual hours basis, with employees working a range of hours, dependent upon their availability throughout the examination period. It is preferable that invigilators are available for at least three days a week, in order to keep a continuity of the examination team.
