At De Aston School, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Examinations Officer to lead the administration and delivery of all internal and external examinations. This is a pivotal role that directly supports students at some of the most important moments in their educational journey.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or above.
- Has excellent communication, organisational, administrative and ICT skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities, work accurately under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Is able to work independently whilst building positive relationships with students, colleagues, invigilators, parents and external agencies.
- Has experience of examinations administration, JCQ regulations or awarding body procedures, although this is desirable rather than essential.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence, integrity and helping every student achieve their potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to take ownership of a vital function within the school. As Examinations Officer, you will oversee all aspects of examination administration, ensuring examinations are delivered efficiently, securely and in accordance with awarding body requirements.
