Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

Our staff and students benefit from a new state of the art, well equipped College with a theatre, music practice rooms, drama and dance studios, sports block, 3G football pitches, extensive playing fields, multi use games area, learning resource centre, science labs, Sixth Form area, conference facilities, media suites and our innovative specialist centre for SEND.

This is a pivotal role in supporting student achievement and maintaining the integrity of the examination process in line with JCQ regulations. You will be responsible for exam entries, timetabling, invigilator management, access arrangements, and post-results services — working closely with the SENCO, Assistant Headteacher (Raising Standards), and Heads of Department.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in exam administration and a working knowledge of JCQ regulations
  • Is confident using MIS systems (preferably SIMS) and Microsoft Office
  • Can manage competing deadlines, work flexibly, and maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Communicates clearly with staff, students, parents, and awarding bodies
  • Understands the importance of data protection and exam security
  • Will uphold our school’s Catholic ethos and values
