Examinations Officer job summary
We are seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer. This involves administrating and running all the main external examinations and running the school’s mock examination sessions. The full duties of this role are outlined in the Job Description.
The Examinations Officer leads the team of invigilators during the examination season, working with the Leadership Team to ensure that all aspects of the examination series meet the requirements of the examination boards.
Outside of the key examination periods, the role will contribute to the wider associate staff team, supporting in areas of data management, assessment and event planning. This wider aspect of the role can be adapted to the strengths of the candidate.
Our associate staff are a key part of the success of our school and contribute to the smooth running, safety and efficiency of our work.
The role is line managed by the Assistant Headteacher with oversight for Assessment.
