We are looking for a committed and hardworking Examinations Officer to join our busy and passionate data and assessment team. This role is pivotal within the school and plays a crucial part in ensuring our students achieve success.
The Examinations Officer is responsible for the meticulous planning and execution of all examination procedures, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with the highest standards and regulations. They must possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Moreover, their dedication to maintaining the integrity of the examination process is fundamental to upholding the academic standards of the school.
For us, a commitment to our school values and ways of working are the most important qualities we are looking for in the successful applicant. As such, we are interested in hearing from colleagues who have experience within data and assessment within schools and also from those who may be changing careers or who work in a school outside of this field. We will provide a full and comprehensive training package and appropriate support.
This role is term time plus 3 weeks, therefore 42 working weeks per year. You will be required to work an additional 15 days during the summer holiday period. 4 of these days will be dictated by the examination results days, the other 6 days can be more flexible and will be agreed in advance with your Line Manager.
Your working hours will be 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 3.30pm Friday.
