ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – EXAMINATIONS / DATA
Longdean School
Contract: 20 hours per week, term-time only.
(additional hours will be required during examination prelims and the employee will have to complete full time hours for three weeks during the main examination period in the summer term).
Actual Salary: H4 - pro rata

We are seeking a highly organised, thorough, and talented administrator to support our Examinations Officer / Data Manager.
The successful candidate will be committed to the highest standards of professional integrity and diligence. They will have strong interpersonal skills, a confident approach and be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will play a key role in upholding the integrity of the examination/assessment process, support the data manager with maintaining and refining the data processes and be readily available to support the school during the main exam periods and results days.
Applications are welcome from candidates with previous experience or alternatively, someone who is methodical, efficient and flexible and can work with minimum supervision once directed. Full training will be provided where necessary.
