We are looking for a dedicated and organised Exams Assistant to join The Parker, supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of internal and external examinations. Working closely with the Examinations Officer, you will help ensure all examinations meet awarding body regulations, academy policies and statutory requirements, providing a professional and supportive service to students and staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, organisation and administration of all internal and external examinations.
  • Prepare examination materials and documentation in advance of examination sessions.
  • Assist with setting up and preparing examination rooms, including signage, equipment and seating arrangements.
  • Liaise with teaching staff regarding examination arrangements and candidate requirements.

Pay range:

  • NJC 5-9 £23,259.24 - £24,778.35
    (FTE: £26,427.00 - £28,153.00)
  • Full Time (37 hours)
  • Permanent/Term Time Only(38 weeks)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
  • Understanding of examination administration processes and procedures.
  • Competent ICT skills, including the use of spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
