Grade 4 (£32252 - £36579) | Robin Hood MAT | Trust-wide

Full Time 37 hours per week (term time plus 2 weeks), permanent

Robin Hood Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Administration Lead to support the work of our Central Team.

This is an important coordination role within the Trust, working closely with the CEO and Directors to help ensure that key priorities, communications, financial processes and governance activity are well organised and professionally delivered.

We are looking for someone who brings strong organisational discipline, attention to detail and the confidence to work effectively with senior leaders across the Trust.

This role will suit an individual who:

  • is confident working with senior stakeholders

  • can anticipate needs and follow through on actions

  • is comfortable managing financial administration such as orders and invoices
