Significant experience in senior safeguarding and/or behaviour leadership roles.
Comprehensive knowledge of current statutory guidance and inspection frameworks.
Proven ability to lead improvement, build capacity, and deliver impact across multiple settings.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to inclusion, equality, and the wellbeing of all pupils and staff.
