What skills and experience we're looking for
- Significant experience in senior safeguarding and/or behaviour leadership roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current statutory guidance and inspection frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead improvement, build capacity, and deliver impact across multiple settings.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to inclusion, equality, and the wellbeing of all pupils and staff.
