We’re hiring for an Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are looking to recruit in October 2024, however this could be sooner depending on applicants notice period, and Discovery onboarding.

Discovery Trust is a leading Multi Academy Trust that supports over 18 schools across the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland area. We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised executive assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to our CEO.
You will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, travel arrangements, correspondence, meetings, and events. You will act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects and initiatives that contribute to the vision and mission of Discovery Trust.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
- A positive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
