Executive Assistant job summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support out CEO, Executive Team and Governance Lead.
The role will provide professional, comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive, trust executive leadership team and governance leader to allow them to focus on the strategic development and leadership of the trust. The successful candidate will need to be well organised, self-motivated and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
You will be working at the very heart of our ambitious executive team. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, so it is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and that your personal values align with our Trust ethos.
The successful applicant must be able to work flexibly, have a presence, show initiative, be proactive, and work with discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Working 37 hours per week, term time - Term time only includes working 2 out of 5 INSET days each academic year as directed by the school, with availability to work any or all of the remaining 3 INSET days at short notice should the need arise, and for which additional payment will be made
You will be based at ACET House; however, the role may involve working at other sites or academies within the trust.

Successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check at the appropriate level. Additional checks in relation to the Childcare Disqualification Regulations will be undertaken for successful candidates to junior academies. If you have lived or worked outside of the UK, additional information may be required from you to satisfy safer recruitment checks.
