What skills and experience we're looking for

You’ll be an experienced Executive Assistant or senior administrator with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised and proactive, you will bring excellent written communication skills and advanced digital expertise across Microsoft 365. You’ll be confident in analysing data and producing clear, high-quality reports for senior leaders, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

With strong relationship-building skills, discretion, and professionalism, you will remain calm under pressure, take initiative, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and high standards. Exceptional diary and calendar management skills are essential, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and coordinate complex schedules effectively. Ideally, you will have previous experience working within an educational environment, along with an understanding of governance processes and experience supporting boards, committees, or senior leadership meetings.

You’ll will provide high-level, strategic support to the Vice Principal – Quality of Education, contributing directly to the success of the College’s quality agenda. You’ll prepare papers for key senior leadership meetings, take minutes and oversee action logs, coordinate quality assurance activity, support curriculum planning, and ensure inspection readiness. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will drive effective communication, streamline operations, and support the delivery of impactful quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.
