Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust is a primary academy trust, based in Dudley, West Midlands. We currently consist of five very different primary schools, ensuring that our Trust is a diverse and exciting place to work and learn.

The Role - Executive Assistant
HVT Vacancy Reference: HVT0673
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive, confidential administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role includes responsibilities as general admin and marketing lead, acting as the primary contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
You will support the CEO’s daily workload, ensure key Trust compliance, develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Trust locally and beyond, and contribute to embedding the Trust’s vision, values, and learning culture.
You will work 25 hours per week (5 days per week), 39 weeks per annum on a permanent contract. You will be based at Hales Valley Trust registered central office.
You will be appointed on a Grade 6-7 (subject to experience). Your actual salary will be £16,307 - £19,991
