What the school offers its staff
The governors of Calstock and Stoke Climsland Schools Federation are seeking to appoint an inspirational successor for our current executive headteacher who will be leaving at the end of the current academic year.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a federation of two highly inclusive, local authority primary schools in the East of Cornwall with a strong relational culture and a focus on the whole child.
Calstock is the smaller of the two schools with three mixed-aged classes and 56 pupils currently on roll. Stoke Climsland is one-form entry and currently has 185 pupils on roll. Each school has its own distinctive identity, yet we are unified by a singular vision and a shared set of values. This vision is described in our long term plan for growth and development (LPGD) which can be found on each school’s website.
