Executive Headteacher job summary

We are looking to recruit an established and motivated leader, who shares the Governors' passion to achieve the highest levels for our schools, whilst creating the framework to develop staff and motivate pupils to achieve ambitious standards. What we believe we can offer is a unique and exciting opportunity for an ambitious and influential leader to further develop and lead the Federation Of Rawcliffe Bridge and Rawcliffe Primary Schools, whilst maintaining the individual identity of each one. Our village schools are situated less than 1.5 miles apart.
