We have an exciting new opportunity for an Executive Headteacher to lead across multiple schools at the Great Learners Trust. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of school improvement and improved outcomes for pupils. We are looking for someone who is already an established and successful educational leader, with the drive and ambition to ensure continued success and the vision and skills to deliver change where needed. Initially, the role will be primarily based at Bedgrove Junior School, providing focused leadership whilst supporting wider Trust priorities.
The Great Learners Trust consists of 11 awesome primary schools across Buckinghamshire. We believe that education transforms lives and live out our values of being bold, brave and ambitious. We can offer a vibrant community, which inspires everyone to achieve their full potential and empowers all to manage their future with confidence and purpose.
As Executive Headteacher, you will have oversight of strategic leadership, defining and delivering the vision and objectives of both the school and the Great Learners Trust, ensuring that each school has a robust school improvement plan with appropriate monitoring and intervention in place. Alongside this, you will oversee the implementation of a curriculum in each school that is inclusive and enables pupils to thrive, whilst upholding the highest standards of safeguarding controls. You will be committed to providing every child with an exceptional educational offer, ensuring they are supported, challenged and inspired to reach their full potential.
