Together, they reflect our shared ambition to unlock potential in everyone and ensure every child can flourish. We celebrate our diverse community and place creativity, innovation, collaboration, inclusion and professional growth at the heart of our approach.

We are looking for an Executive Headteacher who:

  • Champions outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Builds strong relationships with children, staff, governors, families and the wider community.
  • Inspires, motivates and develops others through strong and compassionate leadership.
  • Demonstrates a clear commitment to inclusion, equality and achievement for all.
  • Is committed to their own professional development and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will fulfil the professional responsibilities of a Headteacher, as set out in the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD).
