What skills and experience we're looking for

We wish to appoint an Executive Headteacher who:

  • has a strong personal faith and a clear vision of Catholic Education;
  • will enable every pupil access to high quality education which promotes the highest possible standards of achievement and well being
  • will model all that is good in Catholic leadership, inspire Catholic values in children and staff, and engage fully with parents;
  • has excellent management, strong leadership, good interpersonal and team building skills;
  • will inspire high expectations in teaching and learning;
  • is an excellent communicator at all levels;
  • is an outstanding leader, who will help our children enjoy their learning in a caring and safe environment;
  • will work closely with the Governing Body, the parish and the local communities;
  • will support the Diocesan vision to move towards academy conversion.
