An experienced leadership team in each school including assistant headteacher/deputy headteacher and fully qualified SENCos and teachers alongside experienced admin teams.

Both our inside and outside learning environments are amazing and allow children to develop all the skills they need to succeed. Both schools have a very strong ethos of outdoor learning which is reflected in our onsite gardens, orchards and woodlands.

We have a commitment to quality professional development and research. As a leader of the federation you will have the opportunity to build upon the existing successful partnerships we have within Cornwall such as the Teaching school, Research hub, stronger practice hub and Froebel network.
